The Honda TRX450R is ready to run right out of the box. It has great handling, reminiscent of the 250R and 400EX, but is also very similar to the new YFZ450, but lighter in the front end. Stock is a respectable 38 HP, but with Rossier's simple bolt-on cam, pipe and air filter, almost 50 HP is attainable.
